Feet have the main purpose of supporting the body and the happening of walking. A food is made of the tarsal bones, metatarsal bones and phalanges. The modification of the foot can be made by lengthening/ stretching the bones. This can be done either through a painful and expensive surgery or through intense exercise.

Pay attention so that the mattress you sleep on is firm so that it supports well your body. It is very important for growing taller to keep your spine straight during your sleep. A soft mattress will bend your body and spine, so it has to be avoided.

Just think that when you use a pillow, your neck is higher than the rest of your spine. This must not happen. The entire back line should be straight during the sleep.

It is very possible that in time you will see that you hold your head a lot further than the rest of the body. This is the clear result of using a pillow; the fuller and tougher the pillow, the bigger the affection for the neck.

Do not give up!
Do not give up after one night of sleeping badly without a pillow. After one week you will not even miss it, and after a few months if you try to sleep again with a pillow, you will notice how uncomfortable it is. You will wake up with neck aches for sure, and even backaches and you will experience a slight toughening of the body.
